Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Peak Season Delays
During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year’s, and other holidays, increased order volumes may result in temporary shipping delays.

Incorrect Address

Lost or Delayed Packages
A package is considered lost if it has not arrived within 25 business days from the shipping date.

Delivery Issues
