Returns & Refunds Policy

At Clevantra, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, our team is here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To start a return, please email clevantra@gmail.com with your order number and details of your request.

Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return authorization
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided only in cases of:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

For all other returns (e.g. change of mind or wrong item ordered), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us at clevantra@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product is defective

Include your order number and clear photos or videos so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

  • Opened or used personal care, beauty, or skincare products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Subscription orders past the allowed cancellation window

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Subscriptions

Refund requests for subscription enrollments must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, subscription charges become non-refundable, as processing and fulfillment begin immediately. This policy helps prevent misuse, disputes, and chargebacks.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  • Request a return for your original item
  • Once approved, place a new order for the replacement

In cases of defective or incorrect items, we may offer a direct replacement at our discretion.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
